On August 19, 2014, Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) previously announced as disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K that Brian Larkin, Corporate Vice President, President – Global Spine and Orthobiologics, and Head of Strategic Development, would retire from the Company by the end of 2014. However, pursuant to the Company’s recent plans to spin off its spine business, Mr. Larkin will continue his employment with the Company into 2015.
