PLAINSBORO, N.J., Feb. 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Integra LifeSciences Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:IART) announced today that its Jarit Surgical Instruments subsidiary has signed a three-year contract to supply Jarit&reg; surgical and laparoscopic instruments to members of Premier Purchasing Partners, LLP, one of the largest healthcare alliances in the United States. Jarit, a world leader in high quality surgical instruments for use in both traditional and minimally invasive surgery, was chosen not only for the quality and value of its instrument offering, but also for its outstanding customer service.
