PLAINSBORO, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2001--Integra NeuroSciences today announced that Linda Littlejohns, Vice President of Clinical Development, was the recipient of a Circle of Excellence Award from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN).

The AACN's awards program recognizes the contributions and achievements that exemplify the association's mission, vision and ethic of care.

Ms. Littlejohns received the AACN Excellence in Education Award, which recognizes nurse educators who facilitate the acquisition and advancement of the knowledge and skills required for competent practice and positive patient outcomes in the care of acute and critically ill patients and their families.

As the Vice President of Clinical Development for Integra NeuroSciences, Ms. Littlejohns directly educates and trains both the direct sales force and customers in the use of the Integra's medical devices.
