On Monday, November 3, 2008 at 8:40 AM, Stuart Essig, President and CEO of Integra will be presenting at the Oppenheimer 19th Annual Healthcare Conference at The Waldorf-Astoria, 301 Park Avenue, New York City, NY. Webcast will not be available for this conference.
