Integra LifeSciences Appoints Deborah Leonetti as President of Integra Surgical

PLAINSBORO, N.J., May 12, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:IART) announced the promotion of Deborah Leonetti to President of Integra Surgical, which is part of Integra's Medical Instrument business.

"Debbie will be a definite asset to the Integra instrument business," said Bob Perrett, President of Integra Medical Instrument Group. "She has contributed significantly to Integra's growth throughout her 12 years with the company, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer, where she led the company's efforts in global marketing. Her experience encompasses customer service, private label sales and international sales. Debbie has also had relevant experience as a clinical nursing supervisor and in endoscopic sales and marketing. Debbie has consistently delivered superior business results and I'm confident she will do the same in her new role."
