Integra LifeSciences Announces Multi-Year Agreement With Premier Purchasing Partners to Provide Neurosurgical Products

PLAINSBORO, N.J., Sept. 1, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:IART) today announced that it has signed a new multi-year contract with Premier Purchasing Partners, L.P., the group purchasing unit of the Premier healthcare alliance, to provide dural repair, neuro trauma (neuro critical care), neuro instrumentation, hydrocephalus and neurosurgical closure products to Premier's member hospitals.
