Integra LifeSciences Announces Three-Year Contract With Premier Healthcare Alliance

PLAINSBORO, N.J., Jan. 31, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:IART) announced today that it was awarded a three-year group purchasing agreement with the Premier healthcare alliance, one of the largest group purchasing organizations in the United States. The agreement includes Jarit® surgical and laparoscopic instruments, Ruggles®- Redmond™ neuro/spine instruments, Padgett® reconstructive and plastic surgery instruments and sterilization containers.
