PLAINSBORO, N.J., Dec 5, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:IART) announced today an in-kind donation of over $4 million worth of neurosurgical medical devices to the Foundation for International Education in Neurological Surgery (FIENS).
