PLAINSBORO, N.J., March 1, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:IART) announced today that it will present at three conferences in March.

On Monday, March 8th, 2010 at 4:00 pm ET, Mr. John B. Henneman, III, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Integra, will present at the Raymond James Institutional Investors Conference in Orlando, Florida. A live webcast will be available for this conference.

On Tuesday, March 9th, 2010 at 11:20 am CT, Mr. Gerry Carlozzi, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Integra, will present at the Canaccord Adams Musculoskeletal Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. A live webcast will also be available for this conference.

On Wednesday, March 24th, 2010 at 8:00 am ET, Mr. Stuart Essig, President and CEO of Integra, will present at the Barclays Capital Healthcare Conference in Miami, Florida. This conference will not be webcast.
