PLAINSBORO, N.J., May 12, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:IART) announced the promotion of Deborah Leonetti to President of Integra Surgical, which is part of Integra's Medical Instrument business.
