Integra LifeSciences CFO Jack Henneman Selected as a 2011 SmartCXO Winner by Philadelphia SmartCEO Magazine

PLAINSBORO, N.J., April 18, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp (Nasdaq:IART) today announced that John B. Henneman, III, Integra's Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer, has been selected as one of ten winners in the Chief Financial Officer category of the Philadelphia SmartCEO magazine's first annual SmartCXO award program.

The SmartCXO Awards celebrate the distinguished achievements of forty of Greater Philadelphia's finest management executives, and recognize the achievements of Greater Philadelphia's management all-stars: the Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers and Executive Management Teams that power the region's economy and workforce. The group of winners is recognized for their creative management visions, leadership philosophies, innovative strategizing and undeniable work ethic. As a whole, the companies represented in the 2011 Philadelphia SmartCXO Awards generate $5 billion in revenue and manage 30,000 employees in the Greater Philadelphia area. The 2011 SmartCXOs were profiled in the April 2011 issue of Philadelphia SmartCEO.

Winners will be recognized at the Philadelphia SmartCEO SmartCXO awards ceremony on April 20, 2011, at the landmark Ballroom at the Ben. More than 400 local C-level executives and guests will attend to celebrate their achievements.
